Robert Perala is the internationally acclaimed author of The Divine Blueprint: Roadmap for the New Millennium and The Divine Architect: The Art of Living and Beyond. Russell Targ, is a physicist and author who was a pioneer in the development of the laser and laser applications and was cofounder of the Stanford Research Institute's investigation into psychic abilities in the 1970s and 1980s for the CIA. This previously classified work, in what is now widely known as remote viewing, was published in Nature, The Proceedings of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Proceedings of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Targ has a B.S. in Physics from Queens College, and did graduate work in physics at Columbia University. He received two National Aeronautics and Space Administration awards for inventions and contributions in lasers and laser communications; and invitations were accepted in 1983 and 1984 to present remote viewing demonstrations, and to address the USSR Academy of Sciences on this research.  In 1998 Targ retired from Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space Co. as a senior staff scientist, where he developed airborne laser systems for the detection of windshear. He now pursues ESP research in Palo Alto, California, and is also publishing special editions of classic books in psychical research. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Mr. Marrs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of North Texas in 1966 and attended Graduate School at Texas Tech in Lubbock for two years more. He has worked for several Texas newspapers, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where beginning in 1968 he served as police reporter and general assignments reporter covering stories locally, in Europe and the Middle East. After a leave of absence to serve with a Fourth Army intelligence unit during the Vietnam War, he became military and aerospace writer for the newspaper and an investigative reporter. Since 1980, Mr. Marrs has been a free-lance writer, author and public relations consultant. He also published a rural weekly newspaper along with a monthly tourism tabloid, a cable television show and several videos.

In 2007, Mr. Marrs retired from the University of Texas at Arlington where he had taught a course on the Kennedy assassination since 1976. In 1989, his book, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, was published to critical acclaim and reached the New York Times Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller list in mid-February 1992.
